For full-price items, we offer a refund to your original payment method or store credit if returned within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.

A $5 AUD return label fee will be deducted from refunds.

Customers who opt for store credit will receive a 5% bonus based on the current retail price.

Important Information

Discounted & Sale Products: 

• All sale items are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued.

Return Conditions:  

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor. 
• Swimwear must have hygiene stickers in place.  
• Refunds may not be issued for items that are worn, altered, washed, damaged, or don’t meet our above return conditions. Any such items would be returned to the customers at their expense. 

Refunds and Shipping Costs:

• Initial shipping charges and return postage costs are non-refundable, except for faulty items.  
• Store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected at our warehouse.

Faulty Items

• If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at concierge@astaresort.com and we are happy to repair or replace the item for you if it is deemed a product fault. Refunds are only issued in the event that we are unable to repair or replace the item for you.
